Vinter enjoys winter

I've been thinking about going out to play in the snow for a couple of weeks now, but the first day I thought about it, it was just too cold and after that the snow hasn't been cooperating. No fun to play in the snow when you can't even make a snowball.. But today the snow was nice and moist! So I got into my polarbear suit and waddled outside.

So with a smile on my face and the mental state of a four year old I went to work! And about half an hour later my two masterpieces was done; The pretty lantern and the little snow-goddess. Yes, the little witch in me comes out from time to time!

Hopefully the weather will hold so that I can put new candles in the lantern tomorrow night to keep the fire burning in this dark time of the year. Sort of my way of preparing for the Winter Solstice.
